Synesthesia: Where senses overlap
In this assignment, the brief required us to observe the various ways colour influences people from all walks of life. I settled upon Synesthesia, a neurological condition, wherein information meant to stimulate one of your senses stimulates several of your senses. The book specifically explores 'Grapheme Colour Synesthesia', in which an individual's perception of numerals and letters is associated with the experience of colours. My objective was to design a guidebook that helps people understand, and educate themselves on this peculiar condition. The book also contains clinically proven test worksheets for self-assessment, to help identify someone with Synesthesia.
